The famous 199 Steps
The famous Whitby 199 steps is worldly known (as far as i know). You have to climb up these steps to get to St Mary's Church and Whitby Abbey. |

Whitby Abbey The most famous thing about Whitby is the Abbey. It sits high up on the East Cliff looking over the sea. It is here and around Whitby that some of the novel Bram Stoker's Dracula was set. |
